What rental car will I receive after booking?

This question is asked by many customers who rent a car for the first time.

After you fill out the booking form on our website (we sincerely hope that on our website), you receive all offers from our rental service providers in a convenient form. All offers are ascending, taking into account the increase in cost.

Of course, each car rental offer is accompanied by an image of the car itself and an indication of the class to which it corresponds. It is the car class and type of transmission that the rental company confirms. According to international rules in force in this field of activity, all cars are divided into classes. Each class includes several car models, usually no more than ten. Agree that this is a pretty rich choice.

Let's look at a car class called MINI. This class is most often used for business needs, when the car does not need to cover long distances when you are traveling, or intend to travel a maximum of two and with minimal luggage.

In the same place, as a rule, the assortment of car models is the same, respectively, you will receive one of the models most often found in this region. MINI class cars have a very small trunk, so expect that more than one piece of baggage (and even not very large) will not fit into it.

Be sure to pay attention to the number of doors in the car, so that it will not come as a surprise to you when they give you a car with 3 doors. This is the most popular class of cars, it is much larger than a mini, and, as a rule, it is not a problem to place a couple of suitcases in the trunk, and up to four passengers in the cabin.

The bottom line is that you do not have to be given exactly the car whose image you see in front of you. You will be given a car from the same class with the transmission you ordered. If, for example, you ordered a compact class car, a station wagon with an automatic transmission, then you will get just that, or a model with the same characteristics, but a class higher. According to the rules, if for some reason a car from the class you ordered is not available, you will be given a car of a class higher at no extra charge.

Also pay attention to the fact that in different countries and in different companies there is a different approach to building a rental car fleet. In one country, a car model may be in the economy class, and in another —  in the classroom is compact and vice versa. Therefore, we advise you to see all the cars of the class you are interested in that the rental company offers, then you will know which car you can get.
